課程性質與設置目的

Subject Nature and Setting Purpose
政治經濟學是一門研究生產關系及其發展規律的經濟基礎理論科學.資本主義部分結合社會化大生產,商品經濟,市場經濟的產生發展過程和規律集中闡明資本主義剩余價值的生產,實現和分配理論,揭示資本主義經濟關系形成,發展和消亡的歷史趨勢.社會主義部分以社會主義市場經濟為主線,結合中國社會主義經濟現代化建設的實踐,分析社會主義經濟的本質,社會主義再生產,交換,分配,消費等環節的經濟過程和規律,揭示社會主義經濟關系形成和發展的客觀規律.通過介紹經濟學的新發展,新成果,引導學生運用政治經濟學基本理論,觀點分析研究現實經濟問題,以幫助學生打下堅實的專業理論基礎和觀察,分析經濟問題的能力.

Political Economics is economic basic theoretical science studying the production relations and the development laws. The capitalism is partly combined with socialized mass production, the development process and rules of commodity economy and market economy expound on the production, realization and distribution theory of capitalist surplus value, reveal the historic trend of the existence, development and extinction of capitalist economic relations. The main theme of socialism is socialist market economy,  Combining with the practice of China’s socialist economic construction of modernization, the socialism analyzes the nature of the socialist economy, the economic process and rules of socialist reproduction, exchange, distribution and consumption, etc, reveals the objective rules of the existence and development of socialist economic relations. Through the introduction of the new development and new achievements of economics, initiate the students into the analysis and study of actual economic problems using basic theories of political economics, and help the students to gain solid theoretical foundation and capability of observing and analyzing economic problems.
